ECHL Western Conference copy

The third week of Western Conference ECHL hockey saw the Fort Wayne Komets and Cincinnati Cyclones break their undefeated streaks. The Komets lost both games this weekend, one to Indy Fuel and the other to the Cyclones. The Cyclones split their two games this weekend, the first a loss to Kalamazoo on Friday and a win against Fort Wayne on Saturday. The only remaining undefeated team now in the ECHL is Adirondack Thunder in the Eastern Conference who stand at 6-0-0-0 with 12 points.

On the other end of the spectrum the Evansville IceMen and Colorado Eagles, two teams without any wins for the season, finally picked up a win and 2 points. Evansville defeated Greenville Swamp Rabbits 3-2 on Saturday and the Colorado Eagles shutout the Rapid City Rush 4-0 on Wednesday. The Eastern Conference Brampton Beast, the last remaining winless team, also picked up a win and 2 points, defeating the Toledo Walleye 5-2 on Sunday.

The Missouri Mavericks rank at the top of the Western Conference this week with 8 games played: 5-2-0-1 (11 pts; 0.688%). The Allen Americans follow in 2nd with 7 games played: 5-2-0-0 (10 pts; 0.714%).

The Utah Grizzlies had special Zombie jerseys for their Halloween game and they have to be some of the most gruesome yet great jerseys I have ever seen.
