The Arizona Sundogs, affiliated with the Phoenix Coyotes, announce that they have signed defenseman Kirill Tulupov to a contract on February 14th. After a whirlwind season in Russia with the KHL teams Avtomobilist and Amur Khabarovsk, Tulupov has finally returned to the United States to finish out the season.
According to the Sundogs’ release “Tulupov will be in the Sundogs’ line-up pending immigration approval and will be wearing number 77.”
